There Were Three

"There Were Three" so look carefully. This fine art photo painting represents the beauty of the Nelson Desert Bighorn. We go spot sheep any time we can, they are amazingly regal. The Desert Bighorn is an amazing animal. This image is from my original photo that was taken with my Sony a7RIII mirror-less camera and a Sony 100-400mm lens. The sheep were in the middle of their rut and a congregation of rams were spotted in an area that they inhabit throughout the year.
I created this image from my photo by digitally painting it and then adding texture to enhance and add a mysterious touch to the rams. Our favorite pass time is searching for and photographing bighorns of all types in several places.
